This was a picture taken last spring of Scottish Ghillie Davie Seaton with a lovely fresh run spring salmon. Today (02/03/2009) Davie caught a cracking 18 pounds fresh run spring salmon in Pitlochrie pool at Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland on the upper Scone bank which was also carefully returned to the river. The catches on the river improved today. Taymount had a good day with two 18 pounds spring salmon and the Kercock beat had 3 spring salmon.
