Salmon Fishing Scotland Winter Scenery on the River Tay, Perthshire, Scotland.

Salmon Fishing Scotland Winter Scenery on the River Tay, Perthshire, Scotland.

This was the Scene on the River Tay at Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland today after a hard frost.

The mist starts to rise off the river at Stanley.

At last the sun starts to burn the thick mist away to reveal the view down Horsey and the Skellies to the lower Tay salmon beat of Benchil.

This was as the sun finally sets on Pitlochrie pool further upstream from Stanley Mills.
