Salmon Fishing Scotland Spring Salmon Fly Fishing on the Tay May 2011.

The Islamouth beat is having a good time just now with good catches fly fishing.
This is the view looking up the Long Head.

Steven watt with a lovely fresh 7 pounds salmon. The fish was covered in long tailed sea lice and fell to a small shrimp fly on a floating line.

The salmon that are being caught are covered in sea lice.

Another salmon from Islamouth today caught by John McElroy again on floating line.

Well done John McElroy....I watched you play that fish and it was a battle which you won! Superb and it doesn't get any better than that. Steve
