The river Tay in Perthshire, Scotland has been a little unsettled especially on the lower river over the last few days but spring catches have still continued.

The Catholes at Stanley had a memorable day today despite a little colour in the water from the Isla.


A superb long tailed sea lice 10 pounds spring salmon caught on the Catholes. A further 15 pounds springer came from the beat as well caught on the famous Slap pool by Danny Fulton fly fishing from the bank.
